How does it work?
Select and install the pivot that best matches your level.
Step on the disc with the ball of your foot centered over the pivot point. Keep the heel on the ground.
Maintain balance on that leg while raising the other leg. Keep the second leg close to the floor, tapping the floor as needed to assist with balance.
Try to balance for 30 to 60 seconds with each foot.

Pivodisc is a multidirectional, unstable circular platform for single leg balancing exercises.
Also try placing the heel centrally over the pivot point and with the ball on of the foot on the floor, repeat the balancing exercise.
Increase the challenge by placing the foot off-center to favour one side of the foot muscles over the other
